• Product has a manufacturing defect.

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

• Product must be unused and unworn.
• Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact.
• Product must not be damaged due to customer misuse.
• Proof of purchase and clear images/video of the issue must be provided.

Used or worn footwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

• Products damaged after use
• Incorrect size ordered by customer
• Minor color variation due to screen display
• Clearance or discounted sale items (unless defective)

4. Exchange Policy

If eligible, customers may opt for:

• Size exchange (subject to availability), or
• Replacement of the defective/wrong item.

Exchange shipping timelines depend on delivery location.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only if:

• Replacement product is unavailable, or
• Return is approved due to defect or wrong item.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method or via bank transfer within 7–10 business days after product inspection.

Shipping charges, if any, may not be refundable.
